Chupa tuna
OBJETIVE:
Create a creative food product, the result: Chupa Tuna, a drink based on fruits and
wine.
The name is the combination of the colloquial verb "Chupar" which means drinking
and the mexican cactus fruit "Tuna", the main ingredient of this fruit punch based on
wine or better known as sangría.
With this on mind, the main concepts for working in the project were define:
México and Sangría.
The interesting thing about this proyect, is that the word "Sangría" is protected and
can only be used when the beverage is originated from the countries Portugal or Spain...
So technically this project is impossible because it would be a Mexican product, but
it's still fun, because like good mexicans we're often a little "chingaqueditos" down in
our heart.
